Continue doing this until you achieve the amount of wear you like. Once dressed, apply zombie makeup to your face and any revealed skin from the rips in your costume. Generously add blood. After all, you are eating brains and tearing at human flesh. Zombie Guy: Pick out an old suit. The standard attire for zombies seems to be ill-fitting suits. Perhaps because they sink in posture once they turn! You can check a local second-hand store for a boxy, too-large suit as the base for your homemade zombie costume. Choose a dingy white dress shirt. The more faded and stained the better. If you can't find a grungy looking white dress shirt, wash an old one in hot water with something black to achieve a grimy appearance. Add a filthy, loosely tied tie. Carefully use a razor blade to slice small cuts into the collar, cuffs and seams. Repeatedly pull on the fabric to turn the cuts into frayed material. You can continue to add tears and rips until you achieve the amount of wear you prefer. Once dressed, apply zombie makeup that matches your face to any skin that appears through the rips in your clothing. Generously apply fake blood to the costume in order to complete the look.
