Will Turner - Accessories

Ok, Now that we have the base of your Will Turner Halloween costume taken care of, its time to figure out what accessories you want to have with you. Again, all of these steps that we're going through are just steps that help you to become the best Will Turner that you can be. Every well chosen accessory is sure to help you become the character that you are trying to portray. Here is when you need to decide just how well detailed you want to be with this years Halloween Costume. These accessories can aid in becoming the most accurate portrayal of Will Turner. See our Will Turner pictures for references, HERE.

First you can't forget the belts. Will Turner has on two belts the entire movie, one shoulder belt, and one regular belt. The shoulder belt is similar to... yep, you guessed it Captain Jack Sparrow. With a big rectangular buckle, and a nice wide brown belt, this belt is a must if you are trying to be an authentic Will Turner. These would be fairly easy to make out of vinyl, if you could find a buckle. The second belt is similar, but instead of the large rectangle buckle, it has a square one. Again, easy to make if you can find the buckle.

Will Turner's costume also features a scabbard on his belt with a small knife in it. As always, we do NOT suggest carrying a real knife. A plastic knife will have a much better effect, while still keeping the authenticity.

You may carry a sword if you would like, as Will Turner is seen with a sword throughout the movie. If you would prefer not to have to carry one around though, you should still be seen as Will Turner.
